MCPC Platform

The LINK MCPC (multiple channel per carrier) Platform is designed for program distribution in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. MCPC is a bundled service that includes not just the satellite space segment, but also all the equipment necessary for encoding and compressing the video signal. MCPC is cost effective because the costs for the equipment, satellite space segment and uplink are spread out among all the users of the platform.

The LINK MCPC platform is outfitted with encoding and multiplexing, and we can provide encryption, if required. Program delivery to the LINK hub in London is made easy thanks to our existing fiber interconnectivity to and from London's major teleports and numerous Ku-band and C-band antennas.
